An open box may be kept for up to two (2) weeks to save on shipping costs.
Shipping
Currently, we are only able to ship within the United States.
All packages are shipped via USPS First-Class shipping and should arrive within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
All packages utilize recycled materials.
Shipment delays and delivery estimates are occasionally impacted by the cycle of the moon.
What is Intuitive Guidance?
Some items available at The Hoarding Witch are listed as batches, so multiples of each crystal are available. However, every crystal is different, even if they have the same molecular structure or name. This is why The Hoarding Witch is guided by her third-eye—the source of intuition—in selecting which crystal body is needed by your spirit.
If you order a rose quartz freeform, for example, you will always be sent a rose quartz freeform. However, rest easy knowing the one that arrives is the one meant for you and you alone.
Returns and Refunds
Returns or exchanges are not accepted. We are not held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit or which arrive damaged.
Store credit is offered on a case-by-case basis. You may contact The Hoarding Witch via email to submit your request for store credit.
